how long does it take to receive my photos?

photos are delivered within two business days through our online portal. you will see a preview of all images before you pay

do you offer virtual staging services?

yes, virtual staging is one of the services i offer to help showcase properties effectively. 2d and 3d!

what should i do to prepare for a photoshoot?

do you travel for shoots?

i primarily serve the atlanta metro area. for shoots outside this area or greater than 35 mile, please contact me to discuss travel arrangements and any additional fees.

do you offer any guarantees or satisfaction policies?

i strive to exceed expectations and ensure client satisfaction. if you have any concerns, please reach out, and i'll do my best to address them.

what are your cancellation policies?

Our cancellation policy allows for cancellations or rescheduling up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without any penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee of $77 or forfeiture of the booking deposit.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to be flexible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.

In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances that make it impossible to conduct the photography session safely or effectively, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

can you shoot in bad weather?

yes, but exterior shots may be rescheduled if the weather is severe. interior shots can proceed as planned
